Courses

Quadrant Pilot has approved course content for both the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 NG, enabling us to deliver Type Rating courses for pilots seeking qualification or renewal on either aircraft type.
We understand that every airline has different standard operational procedures, training and competency requirements. Our experienced training management team works closely with airline training departments to develop and deliver bespoke type rating and pilot training programmes aligned with each operator’s specific requirements.
From adapting course content and training schedules to incorporating airline-specific procedures and requirements, we provide a flexible approach to pilot training that supports both individual airline needs and operational objectives.
-
Why Quadrant Pilot?

At Quadrant Pilot, we take a flexible, partnership-led approach to airline pilot training. We work closely with each airline to understand its operational requirements and develop training that delivers the right outcomes for its pilots.
Our experienced training team can adapt course content, training programmes and delivery to meet specific airline requirements, providing a bespoke solution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We understand that a reliable pipeline of highly trained, confident pilots is essential to the success of any airline. That’s why we focus not only on meeting training requirements, but on creating a high-quality training experience that prepares pilots to perform with confidence in the operational environment.
From the first day of training to completion, our aim is simple: to give every pilot the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed, while providing airline partners with a training solution they can rely on.
